Poaching? Or torture? Small caliber rounds wound cattle
Someone is shooting cattle in eastern Lonoke County. Possibly, it is a case of mistaking cattle for deer, though that would mean someone is hunting illegally at night, and using firearms meant for tiny game — leaving the likelihood of wounded deer slowly dying.
